Plateaus Suck!

  1. I was fortunate enough to not be affected by any stalls longer than 2 or 3 weeks when I was losing weight, but I definitely have sympathy for those that are persevering through them. Here was a video I did awhile back on the topic:

    The reasons could be varied as the Atkins posts said, but the main point is even if you aren't losing *right now* you are still eating healthier than you were likely before low carb and potentially seeing other health benefits than simply the scale reports.
